• Our first level of support is through our support center. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs for a commercial template, you can submit a ticket and one of our support team will help you. Our response time is usually within 24 hours.
  Please note that issues with third party extensions are usually not template bug related. Help with these issues may be found in the Forum
• We maintain an active community and customization forum with over 10,000 members. This is where you can find help with questions about their Joomla sites and customizing a template to your needs, or getting a 3rd party extension to work properly with it. We also have a number of active and helpful moderators. You can find all of our staff there helping out as well, and most of the top posters are Zootemplate employees.
• Lastly, we offer one-on-one support at $40 per hour. Our expert team can solve all manner of Joomla problems.

• What i will download when i join the club?

  Beside the template you will have the possibility to download several other items that are needed to set up the template on the proper way. On the Download area section for each template you will notice two parts.

  • The All in One Package which contain the files that are needed to set up the template which contain the template file, the modules that are available for that particular template, the Sample Data files which will enable you to make your site exactly as it is on our demo and the Installation Guide in PDF format to give you the basics on how to install our template correctly and make use of the features.
  • Also the other part is the Source Files. It contain the Adobe Photoshop files so that you can edit almost any detail for the template. In fact the layout is build-in through the frame.psd file that you will find inside the Source Files package. Beside the frame.psd file there are available inside the package some other PSD files. We have extracted them from the frame file to save you time on the customization.

  Also, inside this package you will find the font file that is needed to make the logo.psd file.

• What's licensed domain?

  Licensed domain are the domains on which you are entitled to install our templates/extensions. The membership you purchase specifies the total number of licensed domains. Member is allowed to use the templates on the mentioned number of domains only. Usage on Sub-domains is allowed.

• Can I remove the credit link 'Joomla Templates by ZooTemplate.Com'?

  If you are a membership member then you are allowed to remove the credit links. Keep in mind we do not allow Designed by Myself that is if you haven't done major changes on your own to the design (which you are fully allowed to).

  If you are a free member then you are prohibited to remove our copyright link on the bottom of pages. It's the only requirement for our free version. For more information please read Joomla Templates Club Pricing

• Can I share my username and password with others?

  No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

• Can I download extensions built into templates, as show in the demo? Or Do I have to pay?

  All extensions used in the Demo Site are available for download along with the template and are also part of the Quickstart Package. No additional fee is required.

• Can I modify the source code?

  Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including text, images, javascript or CSS code ect. But there are some limitations to this part. The Starter and Standard plan members are not allowed to disable the Zootemplate logo at the footer. Also they can not modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Developer plan members are frees from this limitations.

• After my subscription expires, can I download update packages of ZT Stuff?

  No. You are required to renew your membership in order to continue downloading our updates of joomla templates or joomla extensions.

• What are the benefits when I join Joomla Templates Club?

  You can download and use all the RELEASED templates and FUTURE templates as well as other Joomla products during your membership period (including editable PSD files, fonts...).

  You will have an account to access Restricted to Membership Members Only where you can get support if you have any problem using our templates. Our Support Forums is more than just a customer forum, but also a place where you can exchange ideas about and your experiences with Joomla! Web design and developments.

• Can I pay with Paypal?

  Yes, we are using the secure PayPal method and accept all major credit cards.Via PayPal you can also pay directly from your PayPal account or from your normal bank account.PayPal accepts a lot of different currencies, like USD, Euros and many more.

• How to renew/upgrade my membership?

  Login to your Member Area and renew/upgrade by purchasing the desired package as when you first sign up.

  If a Renewal/Ugrade is purchased before the membership expires, the existing expiry date is extended by the length of membership that you Renew/Upgrade.

  If the Renewal/Upgrade is purchased after the membership expires, access to our forum and download area is restored, and the expiry date will be set to the length of membership from the date of Renewal/Upgrade purchase.

  EXCEPTION: for all upgrading from Standard membership to Developer membership, your new Developer membership is deemed to start from your upgrading date.

• Can I re-sell ZooTemplate's Stuff (templates/extensions)?

  No. You are not allowed to re-sell ZooTemplate templates and extensions. However, you are entitled to customize ZT templates, extensions for your clients.

  BUT if you use ZT Stuff for one domain/website then you are allowed to sell that website without paying any extra fees.

• I want to download ZooTemplate products, but I see that message: 'you do not have permission to access this page'

  The bellowing steps are all you need to follow to download Joomla Extensions Club or Joomla Templates Club

  1. Choose a package: Choose a package that best suites your needs, fill in your membership details & register.
  2. Make payment via Paypal gateway: We are using the secure PayPal method and accept all major credit cards. Via PayPal you can also pay directly from your PayPal account or from your normal bank account. PayPal accepts a lot of different currencies, like USD, Euros and many more.
  3. Confirm your Account: Check your email for a confirmation email from us. Click the link to confirm your email address.
  4. Login and start downloading: Once logged in, click on the downloads link and start downloading to your hearts content!

• Can I try out a commercial template before I buy?

  We do not offer trial templates.

  We have set up demo sites for each of our commercial templates so that you may see the template in action.

  Should you have questions regarding a particular template, please visit our Community Forums. You may find a similar question has already been answered, or you may post a new questions if not.

• I've completed the checkout process, but I have not received my download details?

  The email with details about your membership is automatically generated as soon as the payment is confirmed in our account. This usually only takes a few minutes, however this can be delayed on the bank's side.

  A possible cause for this could be our fraud detection policy, sometimes orders are flagged and for this reason we do hold the right to extend the time frame if required as a method to prevent fraud.

  Delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and amount of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

  Also if you have a gmx.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, greynet.it or comcast.com email account, please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes we got a mail with a FAILURE NOTICE, that means we can´t send you a mail, because your mail address is invalid. Please visit our update section and download your ordered template

• How many templates do you release every month ?

  We are going to offer at least 2+ high quality joomla templates every month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of Joomla

• Can I modify the source code?

  You may not, duplicate on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction in any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent.

  All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way.

  All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

• When my subscription expires, do I have to renew to continue using the templates?

  You do not have to renew your subscription in order to continue using the templates on the site you have installed. However, you will NOT have access to any current and future templates in the club and your account will be marked as out of subscription, meaning you will NOT be able to download any templates or access the members-only part of the forum to get support.

• I dont have time, Can you install the Quickstarts for me?

  Yes, you can login to your members area and avail the Installation service at $150 per installation. This will cover the installation of Template quickstart as it is seen in the Demo Site. No other customization would be done.

  • We do not offer refunds of this product after we have started the installation, even if your host seems to not fulfil the requirements.
  • This package is for installing the latest version of Joomla on your server.
  • It doesn’t cover upgrade services to the newer version after the installation.
  • No support or service such as any custom configuration is included in this service.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any errors, software or hardware corruption, virus attacks.
  • We take no responsibility in case of data loss, in case of you having other tables in the database where Magento is installed, etc

• What kind of package would you recommend?

• For each of your membership packages, to what does the duration refer?

  The "duration" is amount of month you are allowed to access our Club membership area section to download our current, updates and future templates/extensions and get our support. Of course You are still allowed to use the products which are released prior and during you membership period on your websites (domains) for a lifetime. Moving your site from one host to another does not effect this policy.

• If purchase the templates club, Can I download the single licensed template?

  No, you CAN'T. The singled licensed template is NOT released under the templates club package, So you are required to purchase it into the single template area

• I'm looking for a template. How do I know it release under templates club package?

  It's easy to check your template. Your template releases under templates club package, If it shows in the club templates demo

• How to cancel my membership/recurring payment?

  If you have set up a recurring payment, a subscription, or automatic billing with a merchant, you can cancel your pending payments:

  Option 1: Cancel automatic billing

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing

  Option 2: Cancel subscription

  If you don't want to renew your subscription in the future then you should go to the member area and cancel your subscription. After your subscription expire, it won't be renew. If you cancel, you will still have Subscription for the entire time that you purchased. For example, if you buy a 3 month subscription on January 1 and cancel in February, your account will be Subscription until the end of March.

• IMPORTANT LICENSING INFORMATION:

  The ZooTemplate Developer Club Extended License is a non-refundable license designed for the use of website designers and developers. The License provides the buyer with the rights to use the templates in projects, however it does not allow the buyer to redistribute or provide the themes to others outside of the context of a development project, which includes but is not limited to: reselling templates to others, distributing templates as part of a package (for sale or otherwise), reselling or giving away for free the themes included in a hosting deal, as a gift, or in the context of creating prebuilt sites. The license grants usage rights only to the purchaser (an individual, not a company), is non-transferable, and may be revoked if the license is broken. If you have special needs that might not fit this license, please contact us. ZooTemplate and APL Solutions reserve the right to cancel a membership at any moment it deems the the spirit in which the membership was extended is being abused and misused.
