Some png problem in IE

Hello.

I have a little problem with you extension In IE8. PNG alpha opacity is absent with some elements slideshow (arrow left and right). With other browsers (Opera, Firefox, Chrom) it works OK.
How can resolve this problem.

I have an issue with jv lao (real estate template here: propertyintheusa.com.au in IE8 0 the top menu is entirely broken! - just makes weird black boxes -- help!
