Logo Problem

Hi

I am using Zoo template JV Alber. I have a problem with Logo,

I have one problem i tried a lot of different paths but i couldt resolve the problem. Is it possible to fix logo to all place not just in middle?

my logo is as attached image 1.

when i change size of my logo it becames like that

how can i fix it in to be like "attached image3"this?
