Default zt Xenia template problem - conflict with several compontes - solved

Hello, I have problems of conflict between a plugin called zt-tool and those of AdsManager, joomsocial, among others. The strange thing is that when the site is down for maintenance, everything works fine, but when the site was active small problems occur such as in the classified section to publish a new notice will not let you choose the category, a press the Add button class, but nothing happens, as if the button does not work, another example is in JomSocial wanting to share something you press the button and nothing happens to share. I have a scroller module component does not display comments. As I said, it's rare to unpublish the site, and igresar the front-end with the admin password., Everything works fine!
so are all the free templates that use zt tool, is there a solution?
I am using joomla 2.5, template this is my site:

    Hi,

I see that you have turned on the css/js/html compress/optimization, please try to turn it off, to do it, please follow my instructions:

Go to administrator panel, click to Extensions -> Template Manager, in the template list, click to "zt_xenia25 - Default", then open the "CSS & Javascript Compress" tab then turn all the radio params off (See my attached image)

Then Save this changes and try to browse your site again! If them problem still show, kindly provide me your admin login and ftp info (Use PM System), I will help you check the problem in deep!

    Best regards,
    Linh
