When uploading JV futa quickstart pack to joomla I get this Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package. I am obviously new to joomla, I would appreciate some assistance here. Thank you

You can't install the quickstart package in Joomla back-end.

I followed your instructions, I set up my local host with wamp and extracted files to a folder I named joomla. I ran localhost/joomla and it started out like a normal joomla install. I created a new database in myphpadmin and when I put the info in for database, host name (localhost) username (root) no password, database name and clicked next, I received this error
