Module Chatix invisible in Firefox !

Good evening,
While the module appears Chatix well as Safari, it does not appear in Mozilla. After plusiseurs tests and trials with other templates, it appears that it is in the Template JC Lycoris that the problem remains.

It's the same site and not online.

In fact the chat module "Chatix" home informafix available on joomla.org, when activated appears on Safair but not on firefox. I'm on a Mac but I tried totu versions of Safari or Firefox and OS X. Nothing would solve the pbm.

Please try to screenshot about your problem (As much as you can) to explain me more about your problem! I will try to check and understand your problem!
