Can't find .PSD or userguide

Hello I have a Silver Membership and downloaded the ZT Hemi Quick Start Package I already have it installed and I am ready to start customizing it but I can not find the Tutorial + Detailed userguide or the Adobe .PSD source files I was under the impression from what it said on the download page that they would both be in the Quick Start Package.
Can someone please help

No I did not buy the template I bought a membership so I could get the Quickstart pack with everything already to go.

So sorry I was logged in on my old account. I signed up with a new one when I started this new project just a couple of weeks ago that is when I got my subscription.
