problem with Demo section

Hi,

whenever i click on Demo on Top menu, i am seeing the following message. Is it the issue on the site or something with my ID? My Id shudnt get any restrictions as far as my membership package.

You don't have permission to access /zt_zana/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When going to the demo page, most of the time I get the spinning wheel and then the page times out. Thsi becomes frustrating when looking for templates.
