Website designer/developer needed...

Recently I was introduced to 'joomla' and as i liked the design and concept of the JV Dilo template i immediately joined, paid and downloaded all of the info needed to make a new website.

I have never built a website before and have absolutely no idea what i'm doing so have decided to search here to see if someone with joomla experience would be able to build me a site based on the template.

If this is a service which anyone offers then i would be happy to discuss a fee and pay you to do this on my behalf.

As mentioned, the template has already been paid for, i have written a lot of the content for the site and only need someone to set it all up as i want it. The domain has been registered but also needs hosting which is again something i know nothing about!

I am able to talk on the phone, via email or skype.
