Hi,
Do you install Adobe Photoshop? If so please open open the psd via Adobe Photoshop, or not, you can upload to google document to view it!
If you are using Mac OS, please use Preview Application to view the psd file. If you still can't read it, please ask your designer, he will help you to read the psd files!
Best regards,
Linh

Hi,
PSD files are generally a layered file that is proprietary to Adobe PhotoShop (http://www.adobe.com/). However, this file format has become so popular over recent years, that many other graphic software programs (newer versions) have programmed their software to be compatible with this file format. Adobe PhotoShop is an expensive program.
PSDs are useful in that they can enable the designer to change colors to an image, add image layers, or remove image layers. Adding text is also easy with a PSD file, however, it is not necessary to have the PSD file to do this. Our PSD templates (http://www.zootemplate.com) are unsliced and give you the flexibility to slice them as you wish for your needs with your graphics software of choice (not just Adobe PhotoShop). It is important to note that the designer must be familiar with how to use their graphic software of choice in order to perform such tasks using a PSD file. Since there are dozens of good graphic software programs, we cannot offer specific program support. Support for any third party software would be provided by the developer of the software.
Best regards,
Linh
